GNOME 2.12 Beta 1 Development Release

Also known as 2.11.90, GNOME 2.12 Beta 1 is the first pre-release intendedfor wide public scrutiny before the final release in September.

This is less than ideal, but at least it allows us to test GNOME tarballsthat require it. Cairo 0.6.0 is expected very soon.
