GNOME 2.10 Beta 1 Public Testing Release

Also known as 2.9.90, GNOME 2.10 Beta 1 is the first pre-release intendedfor wide public scrutiny before the final release in March. In addition to all the tasty new GNOME goodness, we've packed a lotof bug
fixing into this release. The conservative, lossy count of bugs fixedover
