KDE 3.2 RC 1 and KDevelop 3.0 RC 1 Released

On January 19th 2004, the KDE Project released the first release candidate of KDE 3.2 including the first release candidates of KDevelop 3.0 (Gideon) and Quanta 3.2. Please note that these are development releases and are not intended for production systems.
